Simple offers USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via Federal Express 2nd day air only. We do not ship outside of the US or to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
USPS Priority Mail delivers quickly! Usually just 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is Monday - Friday. For pre-ordered items, please allow 2-3 weeks from ETA for the item to be processed and shipped. Upon purchase, please allow 24 hours for processing and note that orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday morning. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
Customers shipping to the great state of New Jersey will be charged sales tax. You will be able to review this prior to completing your purchase.
For online purchases only. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return the unworn merchandise to us within 30 days of shipment. We will gladly issue a refund or exchange it for another item. We will issue your credit within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. Please download and fill out our Return Authorization Form, and pack it with your return in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Form.
