Orders & Shipping 

All Simple orders are processed and shipped within one business day. We ship domestically using USPS Priority Mail and your order should arrive within just 1 to 3 business days!  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number which you can use to track the delivery status.  

We ship to Canada for a flat rate of $20, and we also ship Internationally.  Contact us for your international shipping quote. 

For pre-ordered items, please allow 2-3 weeks from ETA for the item to be processed and shipped.  

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your Simple purchases, but we understand that sometimes shoes don't fit or you may want to return your purchase.  That's not a problem.  You may return or exchange your items FREE of charge as long as:

  • You made your purchase through our website SimpleShoes.com.  
  • Your purchase was made within the last 30 days.
  • Your products are still in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
  • Your products are still in the original packaging.

Follow these steps to process your return:

  1. Email us at customerservice@simpleshoes.com to obtain your FREE return shipping label. 
  2. Please download and fill out our Return Authorization Form
  3. Pack it with your return in its original packaging.
  4. Drop it off at your nearest UPS Store.

If exchanging for size or color, please follow the return steps above and then place a new order for the size or color you prefer. 

Please note that only items purchased through SimpleShoes.com can be returned through our online store. All items purchased through physical retail stores must be returned to where they were originally purchased.

Sales Tax

Customers shipping to the great state of New Jersey will be charged sales tax. You will be able to review this prior to completing your purchase.
