WHAT QUALIFIES AS A BULK ORDER?
Generally speaking, our bulk orders start at 25  items. If your order is below the 25 count, let us know and we can see if we can fulfill your order.

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A BULK DISCOUNT?
Any item we have in inventory is eligible.

CAN I ORDER CUSTOM SHOES OR CLOTHES?
Simple does not currently offer the option to customize shoes or clothes for an order. Customers often purchase Simple and send their items off to a local embroiderer. You're welcome to purchase Simple and add a logo.

SHIPPING

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER FOR BULK ORDERS AND HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Our standard shipping is 7-10 business days for larger orders. 

CAN I USE MY OWN FEDEX/UPS ACCOUNT FOR BULK ORDERS?
No, we are not able to accommodate using third party accounts to ship your bulk order.

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO FULFILL MY ORDER?
We recommend a 2-3 week lead time to process your order.

If you are planning to customize/embroider the shoes or clothes you're ordering, we recommend a larger lead time.

PAYMENTS

WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards.

Please note, payment must be received before shipment of the order. We do not provide any net form of payment.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON BULK ORDERS?
Yes, we are required to charge sales tax based on shipping destination/s.

Returns

CAN I RETURN ALL OR PART OF MY BULK ORDER?
We recommend buying 15% over the expected quantity you're looking to purchase and returning that 15% of unused gear. That way, you have the items on hand to help with swapping out sizes!

Please note, the 15% of excess inventory will be shipped and paid for at your own cost.

WHAT IF SOME OF MY GIFT RECIPIENTS WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE THEIR GIFT?
Jeeze, it’s like you try to do something nice and suddenly you’re the customer service department. These people! Just kidding – it happens. We suggest having a round of exchanges at the time of the client's gifting event. After this round, the order will be marked as final sale.
