Q: What are your Shipping & Returns policies?

Q: Can I return or exchange shoes with you that I purchased through another retailer? 

A: Unfortunately no, you must go back to where you originally made your purchase. 

 

Q: Do you do shoe repair?

A: No, we do not do shoe repair.  Simple Shoes are quality footwear that last for years but we haven't yet figured out how to make them indestructible.  If your Simple Shoes need replacing from wear, well you're in the right place!  

 

Q: Sizing for women's styles?

A: Simple's women's line runs true to size and is generally available in sizes 6-10 and 11.

 

Q: Will any of the Simple shoes be vegan?

A: We are currently testing many of our styles to ensure that they meet the generally accepted definition of vegan friendly footwear.  Once that determination is made we will clearly identify those styles on our site.

 

Q: Will Simple be able to ship my order internationally?

A: While Simple currently only ships within the United States, we are already in talks with a partner to establish international distribution. Once that partnership has been established we will disseminate the info through e-mails and social media channels.

 

Q: Who is behind Simple?

A: Simple was founded in 1991 by a group of independent shoe designers. Simple was then purchased by a large footwear company and closed its doors in 2010. The brand laid dormant until a passionate group of footwear people, including early Simple designers, brought it back to life in October of 2014. We are busy working to bring back product from the past and to build relevant product for the future.
