1. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Beginning November 24, 2008 and ending on December 19, 2008 11:59pm MST., any one person who submits a completed entry form for the "Simple Shoes Black Friday" sweepstakes on simpleshoes.com/greengifts2008 will be eligible to win should they fit the below Eligibility requirements. Limit one entry per person for the duration of the sweepstakes. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. If an entry does not win a prize in a drawing, said entry will be automatically entered into the next drawing until all drawings are completed. Entries must be received by 11:59pm MST on December 19, 2008. All entries become the property of Sponsor. They will not be returned or acknowledged. By entering you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises or business entities are not eligible. Employees of Deckers Outdoor Corporation, UncommonGoods™ LLC, Solar Style Inc, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
3. Winners Randomly Selected and Redemption
There will be four drawings and a total of 31 winners. Winners will be selected via a random drawing on the following dates:
- Drawing 1 12-1-2008
- Drawing 2 12-8-2008
- Drawing 3 12-15-2008
- Drawing 4 12-22-2008
Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM, MST on the Friday before each drawing (11-28-2008, 12-5-2008, 12-12-2008, and 12-19-2008). Winners will be selected by Deckers Outdoor Corporation, Consumer Direct Division whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winners will be selected by random method. Prizes will be mailed no later than January 13, 2008 and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. To learn who the winners were, send a self addressed stamped envelope between December 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 to:

5. General Rules
No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, Deckers Outdoor Corporation, UncommonGoods™ LLC, Solar Style Inc, and their respective, subsidiaries, affiliates directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Deckers Outdoor Corporation, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any contest materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor is not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing for all unawarded prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
